  • Cancellation & Refund Policies, which explain when cancellations are permitted and how refunds are processed in various circumstances.

  • Force Majeure Policy, which explains how unexpected major disruptions or force majeure events are handled.

  • Dispute Resolution Policy, which outlines how monetary or contractual disagreements between Freelancers and Clients can be resolved via our Resolution Center.

  • Damage or Loss Claims Policy, which explains the terms under which claims may be submitted for loss due to project failures or policy breaches.

  • Content Policy, which governs the posting of user-generated content including service listings, portfolios, and communications.

  • Non-Discrimination Policy, which describes our commitment to inclusion and fair treatment for all Members.

  • Service Standards & Requirements, which outline the expected quality, communication, and delivery standards Freelancers must meet.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you and Bhaskarfine.art that govern your access and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

When we say “Bhaskarfine.art,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” we are referring to the legal entity listed in the platform’s business details or footer.

The Platform enables users (“Members”) to publish, offer, browse, and purchase freelance services. Members who offer services are referred to as Freelancers, and Members who hire or purchase services are referred to as Clients. Freelancers may offer various services including but not limited to writing, design, development, consulting, and digital marketing (collectively, Freelance Services, and each offering a Service Listing).

As the provider of the Platform, Bhaskarfine.art does not own, manage, or control the Freelance Services listed. We do not become a party to contracts entered into directly between Freelancers and Clients. Bhaskarfine.art is also not a recruiting agency, employer, or insurance provider. We act solely as a facilitator unless otherwise specified in our Payment Terms.
